Roof & Skylights...
1995... A top of the line rubberized membrane roof and 3 Velux skylights were installed.
Rubberized walking pads were installed leading to the front of the skylights on the roof. Work completed by L. Martone & Sons, Inc.
Extensive restoration has been completed on the building along with significant energy upgrades.
All work was done in accordance with the Jersey City Historic Preservation Commission Certificate of No Effect.
Masonry...
2008... The East wall below the parapet had all the old mortar removed around each brick and replaced with new mortar. Work completed by master mason, Tom Fedo.
Windows...
2008... All old windows were removed and replaced with
6 over 6 double pane energy efficient Marvin Windows. Work completed by Marvin Window craftsmen from Approved Windows.
Lintels...
2008... All window lintels on the rear facade were replaced with new ones. Work completed by master mason, Tom Fedo.
Front Facade...
2009... All brick work was washed with a low pressure rinse. Paint remaining on the bricks is considered historical paint by the Jersey City Historical Commission. Known as the Annapolis look. Work completed by PMJ Corp.
Painting...
2009... All windows were painted inside and outside. On the front facade, the cornice, the entire front entranceway, railings, fence, steps, and masonry were painted with approved colors. Work completed by PMJ Corp.
Fence...
2009... The original wrought iron fence and gate on the street side of the house were repaired and painted. Work completed by M&M Railing Corp.
